孔特將此次管控措施稱為“我待在家(I stay at home)”，具體措施包括：
?People are forbidden to gather in public.
禁止人們在公共場所聚集。
?All public events will be banned, cinemas, theatres, gyms, discos and pubs closed, and funerals and weddings cancelled.
禁止所有公共活動，電影院、劇院、健身房、迪廳及酒吧全部關(guān)閉，婚禮、葬禮全部取消。
?All sporting events - including football matches - are suspended nationwide. Schools and universities will remain closed until April 3.

At least 50 inmates escaped from an Italian prison between Sunday and Monday as tension over sweeping coronavirus restrictions triggered riots in 27 jails across the country.
據(jù)了解，意大利政府為避免疫情在監(jiān)獄內(nèi)傳播，8日頒布緊急法令，暫停了囚犯家屬的探視活動。
多所監(jiān)獄的囚犯因不滿這一禁令發(fā)起暴動，甚至放火燒毀牢房。
