The 2021 Shanghai Michelin Guide was released on October 21 with 43 restaurants on the list.
2021上海米其林指南近日發(fā)布,43家餐廳入選。
Among the 32 one star restaurants, four are newly listed ones, respectively offering Cantonese, Fujian and Shanghai cuisine*.
32家餐廳被授予米其林一星餐廳,其中三號(hào)黃浦會(huì)、遇外灘、人和館(肇嘉浜路)和逸道(北京東路)4家為新晉餐廳,分別主打粵菜、福建菜以及上海本幫菜。
ULTRAVIOLET by Paul Pairet has been awarded three Michelin stars for four consecutive* years, and Bao Li Xuan and Da Vittorio have upgraded to two stars from last year’s one star.

This year marks the fifth year that the Michelin Guide has been introduced to Shanghai. A service award and young chef award has been added this year to reward individual restaurant staff. For example, Chen Zhiping, from Meet The Bund, a newly listed Cantonese cuisine restaurant, won the 2021 Michelin Shanghai young chef award.
今年是米其林指南引入上海五周年。米其林今年增設(shè)服務(wù)獎(jiǎng)和年輕廚師獎(jiǎng),頒發(fā)給個(gè)人。來(lái)自遇外灘的陳志評(píng)獲得“2021米其林上海年輕廚師獎(jiǎng)”。
“2020 is a special year, we hope that the Michelin Guide can give high-quality guidance to more gourmet enthusiasts* and also inject* vitality into the catering industry*,” said Kamran Vossoughi, president and CEO of Michelin Greater China.
